Ceramic/Porcelain Tile

installation and maintence

Preparing for Installation

  • Make sure installation area is clear of any furniture and/or breakable items. 

Installation

  • Make sure someone is home the day of installation in case your installers have any questions.
  • Make sure that the material being installed is what you purchased.
    • Insure that color and style is correct.
  • Please keep children and pets out of the installation area for their own safety.
  • Do a walk through before installation is complete to have any questions you may have answered.
    • Remember installation process can vary depending on the type of carpet you choose. 
  • The installer will clean the area once installation is complete.

Maintenance

  • Tile requires very low maintenance
    • Make sure to use cleaners with a neutral pH
  • Make sure to mop with warm water once a week.
    • You can also do a monthly deep cleaning
